As vegetarians we don't need to worry too much about Kosher, or do we? Kosher Laws are commanded in Torah, and they are very important to follow. However, when it comes to packaged food and produce, is Kosher enough in these times? With GMOs and other things, is it correct to say that all plant based food is Kosher? In these days, which is the higher standard when it comes to packaged food and produce?
