Like many others I had never heard of flowering teas. I like tea and was looking for a jasmine tea like I remembered having at an authentic oriental restaurant many years ago.
This is a wonderful product and many of my friends and I are now enjoying flowering teas.
This particular one, to me, has a mild black tea flavor with a mild jasmine flavor. Perfectly balanced, the two flavors and the wonderful scent make for an excellent cup of hot or cold tea.

I have become a Teatotaler! I love the excellent flavors of the Numi Tea and the novelty that each tea ball expands into different flowers when boiling water is added. I also like the fact that you can steep as many as 3 pots of tea with one tea ball. To fully enjoy all the facets of these teas, make sure you have a clear glass pot. I keep my pretty pot full of this pretty tea all the time.
