syndroms include nusea, dizziness, thick and sticky saliva, numbing of the tounge (very rare) pins and needles sensation in the tounge lol its annoying when you get that

dude Ajinomoto is never a rare use, its a household item or a 2 or 3 star restaurant companion in south east asia common in thailand vietnam and myanmmar especially thailand, we sell them by the packs as pig as a pack of skittles for less than 10 american cents and MSG poisoning, i suffer from it once from to much north eastern thai food or Isaan food (Thai Laotian) and from all the cup and intant noodles when i underwent my mandatory bootcamp training

its also not used in India, Sri Lanka, Tibet or Nepal….Ajinomoto is rare used in Indo Asian cuisine. I am from Asia as well. But yea this guy eats way too much, I don’t about MSG poisoning though, never heard of it

dude MSG is not only used in Chinese cooking, but also Thai, Vietnaamese and other eastern asian execpt for the philipines and Japan (ironically the biggest MSG company is there, look up Ajinomoto) and yeah MSG is also used in those food so it can bring out taste meaning that every intant noodle powder either uses it or uses some part of it, I’m Thai I would know because my grandma ddumps at least 4 spoonfuls of the damn thing into the stir fry, results, dizzness sticky saliva

Does he eat the entire bowl each time?

MSG is only used in Chinese cooking..I doubt they even use it anymore (at least the good high ranked restaurants)

We don’t know he if exercises and we don’t know the rest of his diet.

These noodles are unhealthy but we don’t know how much he is eating.
