To simplistic
#1 Not all counters are Kasharable
#2 Kashering the grates in the sink BEFORE the sink is a bad idea
Also you forgot to mention scouring and washing BEFORE kashering

I’ve been listening to lectures from Chabad about kashering for Pesach, and it is so intricate and meticulous, I felt I would fail. This video makes it look like something I can actually do, and maybe it’s also more what G-d had in mind when He gave the mitzva to keep Pesach – after all, it’s meant to be a happy, carefree time
