Yasher Koach, Jamie. Nice job. Here’s 2 cents worth of input from a Balebuste who’s been cooking quick & kosher since she was a full-time working mom with little kids (more years ago than she’d like to admit.) When measuring honey for a recipe which also calls for oil, measure & add the oil first. Then measure the honey in the same measuring cup. It’ll slip right out of the cup – no need for “instant hot” or greasing the cup. And only 1 measuring cup to wash.
