The renowned philanthropist Cohen has prepared a fanciful feast that touches on all facets of living tastefully while thinking healthfully. The exquisite cookbook brings health and sophistication into our kitchens and onto our tables.

Aside from the wonderful kosher menus and recipes, this beautiful book is a feast for the eyes.

I love these celebrity testimonials and think they say it all:
"Throw out those old cookbooks and forget about going on a diet. The new secret recipe is here...and it's easy, tasty, and offers heart-healthy vegetarian choices. Don't expect to find your grandmother's recipe for matzo ball soup here. This gourmet cuisine will tantalize you no matter what religion you practice or what your bank account looks like!"
--Larry King
"Everyone talks about la dolce vita, but very few actually live it. Stacy Cohen not only lives it, she has embodied it in a beautiful book filled with sensuous world-class recipes. Her love and respect for good food and wine shine through. All I can say is delizioso!"
--Sophia Loren
"The Kosher Billionaire's Secret Recipe is the cookbook for those wanting to eat healthy, stay fit, and increase their energy level. Stacy Cohen has fashioned a wholesome lifestyle that is sensible and easy to follow."
--Lance Armstrong
"Flavorful and healthy are the words that come to mind when describing Stacy Cohen's exciting new book of tasty kosher recipes. Combing the world for the finest foods and the freshest ingredients, Stacy's delight is in the details - in the joy of eating, the romance of travel, the beauty of presentation, and the balance achieved through well-being."
--Roberto Cavalli
"Stacy Cohen has blended haute couture and haute cuisine into an elegant book about kosher eating that is fresh and original. Combing a flair for fashion with a touch of romance, Stacy has created a recipe for living that delights the senses and makes you feel fabulous."
-- Donatella Versace

Imagine for a moment you have just jetted off to Sweden for a Nobel Prize dinner. You are being served Tuna Tartar with Broccolini Salad and Pickled Red Onion for an appetizer then Beef Bordeaux with Creamy Saffron-Potato Puree OR Seitan Braised in Red Wine with Thyme Onions (noting Cohen includes a vegan option for those wishing to eat less meat) and a White and Green Asparagus Salad with Citrus Lavender Vinaigrette. And a tasty desert of Apricot Agrodolce with Vanilla Soy Ice Cream.
Stacy Cohen let's you experience all this and more through her elegant inspirational menus to a family style Fireside Dinner Party.
I love the way Cohen let's the reader dream he or she has traveled the world without even leaving one's home. And the reader or cook can create these recipes add the music - say Italian Opera suggested - and feel as if they are on the coast of Amalfi, Italy.
This book proves you can dream and have it all by keeping Kosher.

Stacy Cohen's book is a breath of fresh air. There are so many useful and practical tips that I can use on a daily basis.
Having your Cake and Drinking it too - I love it that Stacy has found so many interesting tips for wine to share. And has paired the recipes with beautiful vintages from Chile to Australia, from California to France and all are Kosher and so delicious. I can't believe that Kosher wines have become so wonderful. I am so happy to learn about them.
I even tried the Wine Lover's Delight: A Game of Skill at a dinner party that I had for friends and neighbors. It certainly tested my guest's wine knowledge and we had a blast!
"Wine is proof that God likes to see us happy."
- Ben Franklin
"When serving wine, pour no more than three ounces into each glass; the wine will breath more fully and open up like the petals of a flower. Ask your guests to swirl this nectar, take in its smell and bouquet, hold it to the light and see its true color, then savor it slowly. Wine is not water: it's meant to be sipped slowly and enjoyed throughly."
Love it! I am enjoying my wines so much more this way. |

| I am a dog lover and a vegeterian and my wife likes meat so this book came very helpful to us that we can now have better and healthier meals in our lives. I gave this book to my wife as a gift and she said: no way, you know I love to have my meat and so I thought well it was worth a try. But one evening I caught her reading it in the living and she seemed to be so into it that she wouldn't bother with the phone ringing. She was amazed with the way Stacy Cohen was adding a vegeterian dish next to every meat option. My wife is making the Holiday dinner with the Tofu Ragu with Eggplant Timbale with fresh Pea Puree and the Braised Beef Cheeks with Salsa Verde, Horseradish and mixed Baby Greens with Crema Cantalana (with soy) for dessert. I mean it's good. Also being a dog lover and all, the values of Kosher are more compassionate to the animal so it doesn't have fear or produce adrenaline when its soul passes to the next life. Therefore carnivores are eating in a more compassionate mindful way. Thank you Stacy! |

| Holiday after High Holiday I'm left with the same dilemma: my desire to keep kosher Sunday-Thursday conflicts with my stomach. My beliefs -kosher. My diet, uh, not so much. When I'm not walking through Robertson Blvd on a pristine Saturday afternoon my thoughts drift between my abhorrence of dietary restrictions and the guilt of not practicing my faith in full. Keeping kosher sometimes felt like being on restriction --forever! You see, food is what I love best about life. It is a small indulgence I make 3xs a day. I love to watch spices and colors blend into irresistible aromas -flavors I believed could not be replicated in a kosher kitchen. I thought I was in a no-win situation until a married couple gave me a copy of this book for encouragement. Plenty of people will get me when I say, Mrs. Cohen has given me the inspiration to see beyond the kugel... |

GREAT BOOK! I tried some of the recipes and they are FANTASTIC! I served the Sautéed Sea Bass with Black Olive and Eggplant Puree recipe at a recent dinner party and it was a hit! Throughout dinner the topic of conversation was about living a Kosher, healthier lifestyle. It was great to hear others thoughts on this subject and it kept the evening interesting.
"The Kosher Billionaire's Secret Recipe" gives us a glimpse into the world of the successful. This book is about a lifestyle, giving back and appreciating all that surrounds you. Stacy Cohen is showing us the way to create success in all areas of life: the mind, the body and the soul.
I found this book to be delightful, well rounded and inspirational. I enjoyed this book so much that I purchased a few more to give as gifts.
"The Kosher Billionaire's Secret Recipe" is more than a cook book; it is a recipe for life.

A RARITY - A DIET BOOK THAT'S TASTY & HEALTHY

Don't be fooled by the title these recipes are to be enjoyed by all. I was expecting the stuff here to taste good, I'd heard there were some tasty dishes. What I was not prepared for was the sheer healthiness of the recipes, many of which were, and I'm going to say a bad word here that's going to scare some of you - "vegetarian."
Despite this, they tasted great! My wife and I share the cooking duties and we argue over which of us gets to cook something from this book. And we're normally not so kosher. But the food here is too healthy and delicious and RELATIVELY easy to prepare...there were a couple dishes that were NOT easy to prepare, but by and large, based on my experience, they were pretty simple.
I actually don't consider this to be a cookbook but rather a "health book." And this is the best book on health I've read in some time. The funniest book about health I've read is "Race You To The Fountain of Youth" which had me rolling on the floor. Race You to the Fountain of Youth: I'm Not Dead Yet (But parts of me are going fast)
I'm also a sucker for anything health related by Suzanne Somers.
I think "The Kosher Billionaire Secret Recipe" is a delightful read and continues to surprise us with its healthy, mostly vegetarian selections. |
